About Me

Hi, I'm Dr. Jackie Cawley

I am an osteopathic family physician and author with over 30 years of experience as a healer, teacher and leader. As a healthcare executive, I have led transformational change for a variety of health organizations and have developed and taught leadership programs for physicians and other health care providers. Throughout my career I have trained, coached and mentored medical students, residents, peers, patients and team members to grow and be empowered to reach their personal and professional goals.

"The whole secret of a successful life is to find out what is one’s destiny to do, and then do it."

-Hery Ford

My Journey

Many Twist & Turns

As a full-time physician, wife and mother of two, I know only too well how day to day household and child rearing activities can limit the time available for self-care and personal and professional growth. Our daily life stressors can have major impacts on our health and wellbeing, and the decisions we make along our journey into adulthood can sometimes steer us astray from our authentic selves and our unique purpose in this life.
